What can Recruiro help me with?

If you want to hire someone, you have two options:
You can ask them to send a CV and cover letter, then choose a few candidates, do an interview with them and then make a final decision and hope for the best.

Or you can test their skills first and if they have a solid knowledge of the stuff they are going to do every day, only then you will ask them for a CV and plan a personal interview. Recruiro will help you with exactly that.

How much does it cost?

Registration and job creation is free, so you can try out Recruiro without paying anything. Only when you want to make your job offering public or use one of our job templates, only then you will have to pay. You can see currently available packages here.

How many open positions can I have at the same time?

As many as you like, as long as you pay for them. We also provide quantity discounts. You can see currently available packages here.

I have an idea for a new feature that will make Recruiro even more awesome. What should I do?

Why is it only necessary to pay with a company account?

For the time being, payment is only possible by bank transfer. This account must be the property of the company that purchases the service, otherwise the request cannot be processed. We plan to extend our payment options to other forms of payment.

Do I have to be a VAT payer and have a company (be a self-employed person) only in Europe?

According to current conditions, yes. If you do not meet any of the conditions and you are still interested in the application, you can contact us and we will resolve the situation individually.

Where can I find active products?

After logging in, there is a wallet icon next to the company name in the upper right corner of the screen. When clicked on it, you will see the current number of paid unused products.

I paid, but the number of products purchased did not add up.

It may take some time for the money to be credited to your account. If it is more than a week, please contact us.

I want to delete a test / section in a test, my job position is not published and it does not have a delete button. What should I do?

Go to the results section and delete the tests you have completed. The Test section can be deleted if it is not the only one and if it has no completed results.

I wanted to have a colleague tested the job for publication, but he showed that the job was closed.

Before publication, only the person who is logged in with the account to which the test belongs will take the test.

Is there a place where people can get all my published tests?

We will automatically create a page for each user, where all their created job positions will be updated. Anyone with the address can access the link. You can find your address for all published jobs on the main page of your account under published tests. You can add this link to your website and the jobs you purchased will be updated there.

Can I accept more than one candidate for one job position?

No, one candidate corresponds to each position listed, if you are interested in accepting more candidates, please contact us.
